MS Culinary Medicine Workshop for Nutrition Month

MS students got cooking for Nutrition Month! They kicked off the festivities with a Culinary Medicine Workshop, making a tasty beet hummus and white bean dip from Dr. Marie-Pierre St-Onge’s Eat Better, Sleep Better cookbook. Two lucky chefs also walked away with signed copies! 
The event wrapped up with an eye-opening talk from Dr. St-Onge on how food fuels our sleep.
