The Culinary Medicine Club, in collaboration with the VP&S Food for Thought Club, prepared delicious, nutritious, and budget-friendly meals while exploring culinary medicine, health, and nutrition. A big shoutout to Dr. Ileana Vargas and Kyle Murray, RDN, for their invaluable guidance in leading this workshop and educating IHN students about culinary medicine.
