Our one-year MS in Human Nutrition program is designed to help you bridge the gap between basic scientific knowledge and its practical application in clinical settings and public health policy. You'll also gain the skills to both conduct and evaluate research in the field of human nutrition.
Completed applications are reviewed on a rolling basis from December 1 - August 1 each year.
